DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
Article 1 – Parties and Basis
1.1. This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement"),

Consumer/Buyer (briefly “Buyer”) has been made.
1.2. This Agreement is prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (“Law”) and the Distance Contracts Regulation; it determines the rights and obligations of the parties. orgTR.org+1
Article 2 – Subject and Scope
2.1. The subject of the Agreement is to determine the sales and delivery conditions and the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the car fragrance, promotional products, packaging and textile products ("Product/Products") ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Site.
2.2. By approving the Agreement text on the Site electronically, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all preliminary information including the main characteristics of the ordered Products, sales price, payment method, delivery information, and right of withdrawal.
Article 3 – Definitions
3.1. In this Agreement;

Article 4 – Conclusion of the Agreement
4.1. Before placing the order on the Site, the Buyer reads and approves the Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form; then completes the order and submits it to the Seller.
4.2. The Agreement is deemed to be concluded upon the Buyer's approval of the order and payment of the price; the order summary and the Agreement are sent to the Buyer via e-mail.
Article 5 – Product Information and Pricing
5.1. The type, kind, model, color, quantity, sales price including all taxes, and payment method of the Products are included in the information shown on the Site before the Buyer confirms the order.
5.2. In case of price errors due to possible typographical, system, or technical errors on the Site, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or to process it based on the correct price; in this case, the Buyer is informed and their approval is obtained.
Article 6 – Payment Method
6.1. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, wire transfer/EFT, or other methods occasionally announced on the Site.
6.2. Installment transactions made by credit card are subject to the agreement provisions between the relevant bank and the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for commissions, number of installments, campaigns, or other issues applied by the bank.
